feature requests: mark points #255

Dear Oliver,

I don't know if it has been already asked. Would it be possible to insert mark points and then analyse different time intervals? Let's say I start to record some behaviours and after a stimulus/mark point (e.g. sound) I continue. I would like to compare before and after the mark point. Is it possible?

Hello,

what kind of analysis you want to do? Usually it is possible to set a time interval for an analysis. See for example the time budget analysis: https://boris.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#time-budget

Hi,

I have a behavioural test were the focal subject is repeating several trials and each trial has 3 different phases. So I would need to group and compare the phases among the trials. I would use the marks to determine the beginning and the ending of the sections.

This would allow setting a multiple time interval. But I am not sure if it is possible.
