BORIS dialogue box appears behind external data plot - Cannot be clicked #347

Dear Olivier and Marco,

We are a few PhD-students on automated traffic research in Trondheim, Norway that have started using your BORIS software. We do enjoy the functionality a lot, but we have encountered an issue that occurs displaying multiple videos along with a plot of an external data file. Whenever we wish to close the observation while it is ongoing, the appearing dialogue box stating “The current observation will be closed. Do you want to continue” appears behind the external data plot. However, BORIS does not allow moving the plot to confirm “Yes” or “No” on the dialogue box.

This is a somewhat hard problem to display visually, but please see the two screenshots below: The first photo shows the external data plot being "grayed-out", so it cannot be moved or otherwise interfaced with. The second photo is taken right after the first one, just after pressing the "Show Desktop"-button at the far right side of the Windows taskbar. The photo shows the three different BORIS windows open on my PC, as are displayed while hovering over the BORIS logo on the taskbar. More specifically, it shows the abovementioned dialogue box. When I try to click on the dialogue box window to activate it, it fails to do so.

Thank you for reporting this bug. The bug is present only on Windows. I will fix it in the next release of BORIS. o

Hi, this issue should be fixed in v. 7.9.24. Can you confirm this? o
