Error Occurred During the execution of: update_events_start_stop

I had an issue that my video went black during frame_by_frame mode, so shut Boris down and opened it again, but on opening it, I received this error and when I open my observations, no timings are show. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Edit to add: this was in Boris version 7.10.2 and in 7.10.3 for Windows on Windows 10.
