The program does not start

Hi! I tried to run both versions of the program (portable and full). In both cases, the command prompt opens, then disappears, and the program does not start. What should I do to run the program? Operating system - Windows 10 .

Hi,

as you can see on the screenshot (and on http://www.boris.unito.it/pages/report_a_bug.html) you should send me the boris_error.log file In you case it should be found in c:\Users\AMNHNCTpatop\boris_error.log (sorry for the characters...)

Hi, the file does not contain any error. Please send me the file generated just after the crash and before relaunching BORIS
