I just wanted to the version but the editor window didn't show up I'm on widows 10

That is weird. I don't see the add or remove buttons that are supposed to be in the editor.

Can you add files in the outline and then see them in the editor?

You could also try to see if you can disable the theme. I don't know on windows but that's an issue with Qt on linux.

Also are you running from source or the .exe?
