Trouble launching 0.15 in Windows 10 Home #1222

Hi, I thought I'd let you know that 0.15 doesn't run for me in Windows 10 Home edition. I downloaded the zip and unpacked it to my desktop. When I run the manuskript.exe file in the unpacked folder I first get a dialog asking if I want to make changes which I agree to and then I get a message in a window "logging to STDERR." after which it then it closes. I downloaded previous releases and 0.12 will open. I'm not sure what is happening but if I can help troubleshoot this please let me know. Greg :)
