Plots order #1232

Right now plots are only ordered by rank to Main, Secondary, and Minor, but if I wanted to arrange the plots I have inside one of the ranks by chronological sequence, or most recent one, I can't do that. For chronological appearance, it wouldn't be a problem if I was creating them in order but sometimes I get the idea of inserting a plot in the middle of two others I have already created and since I can't change their order I have to leave them in the sequence of when I created them.

It's just mildly annoying when you don't have too many of them, but it could be an issue if your story has many plots since it could become confusing. The same could be said for characters since I may want to have the more important ones, or the most featured, at the top of the list, though it's less important compared to the order of the plots.

I think this is the same as #1063

I think that having a "Sub-plot" would also be a nice feature. Using a drag and drop like in the World items, and put one under the other.

I know that, technically, the "Sub-plot" should be under Minor plots, but it would be something needed for that specific main or secondary plot, and I think it would be easier to organize if there's the possibility to have them under that plot. Maybe disabling the Main, Secondary, and Minor sliding bar when dragged under another.
