Drag/Drop and Organize Characters and Plots? #1295

If this is already possible, I just don't know how to do it. Is it possible to pick up and move characters in the character panel or plots in the plot panel to organize them? Right now, it seems like each item is sequential, and that once they're added, this order cannot be changed.

I have quite a lot of characters and they have their own plots/micro plots. It is becoming essential to keep them bundled together in groups within their respective importance category.

Sounds like this has been discussed in other issues before: #1141, #1162

So I would close this as duplicate except this issue could not be solved by sorting or grouping?

Is there anything out there about this idea applicable to Plots as well?

Valid point. So I leave this open for plots then.
