Add syntax highlighter for Fountain #32

Add a syntax highlighter for Fountain, as suggested in #5 by @jimmysjolund.

And then a manuskript exporter.

(As of now, it is possible to write in fountain and export in plain text, and that would work.)

No.

If you want to implement it you can, however keep in mind that the qt code of manuksript is a mess.
