Fixes #30 , fixes #31 , fixes #32 Minor bugs concerning notes creation and notes locking. Add missing english string.

Hi Djarran ! I just forgot to change the plugin version. I'll do it later, I first want to verify some things before to push it on Moodle repository. Keep me informated if anything is wrong ! Olivier
