[Patch] Timestamped CID data #2

It would be nice if the Caller-ID includes date and time.
Devices with CID display use to set the clock with this information.
Attached patch inserts current time to CID data.

For some reason I don't understand, google never notified about these issues, I 
just found them now by chance.
I'll take a look and I'll apply them once I have the current trunk of openwrt 
compiled.

Oh, if you have more issues, please cc me (I've changed my google code settings 
so my email should be visible now).
Also, I never managed to completely setup my router, so I'm not actively using 
svd. I'd like to know if it works for you.
