Not working under Windows? #13

JModeltest will not run properly on Windows 7 which is a pity.
I used an older version 0.1.1 which computes likelihoods but only if set to "ML 
optimized", otherwise the programm hangs up. 
Version 2.1.1 does not even start with this setting but simply closes the 
window. So Windows users are stuck with an old version. Maybe this can be fixed 
as it is a great program!

It is possible that this problem is related to a bug in Windows OS. Please take 
a look at http://code.google.com/p/jmodeltest2/wiki/KnownBugs

If this is not your problem, I will need more information about this bug. This 
is happening with any input datafile (e.g, the included example alignments)?

Thank you. My jmodeltest2.1.1 works well when I moved its file folder to the my 
E: root folder.

Fixed in the next release 2.1.3. Verified on Linux & Windows 7
