Two features are requested - default account and dail out list #176

Multiple SIP providers can be registered coexistence since 0.00-12-23.

I learnt from the developer that the default SIP provider for incoming calls is 
the first account on the list when more than one SIP provider is registered at 
the same time.

I think that it will be great if CSipSimple allows users to set which SIP 
provider to be the default or master account for incoming calls.

Another request is to have a dial out list for choice of SIP providers and GSM 
when dialing out via the text dial out panel.

Dial out from Call Logs already has the captioned requested feature.

I probably mistake if I said that the default sip provider for *Incoming* is 
the first. For incoming of course, the sip account used is the one you are 
receiving call from.

Second part of the request is duplicate of issue 169. 

For first part, when second part of your request will be implemented, the good 
feature will not be a default account but a way to order accounts. That's 
planned. But each thing in its time ;)
