Use SIP / GSM choice popup showing only SIP (GSM not available)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Upgraded from 12-26 to 12-27-bis.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On 12-26 whenever I tried to call from the Android native phone app/call log/a 
contact, I got the little pop-up with a choice between GSM and SIP.
On 12-27-bis I still get the pop-up, but the only choice listed is my SIP 
account (so basically I cannot call someone over GSM when CSipSimple is active).
For the moment I have disabled the dialer/call log integration, and that allows 
me to call/dial normally through the native Phone app, while for SIP I use the 
CSipSimple phone interface.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
12-27-bis, CyanogenMod 6 on HTC Desire

Please provide any additional information below.

Oups.
You're right. Was an enhancement done for archos (that has no GSM) but 
introduce this big regression.
I'll fix it right now.
