Create home page for the game and choosing a language to play with #622

Expected Behavior

when entering the rebus game a home page will welcome the user containing a logo, the name of the game and a nav bar at the top of the page where you can choose a language: English, French, Arabic, Spanish etc.. After choosing the language you will be directed to the game

Actual Behavior

Right now when you enter the game you directly can start playing in one language which is English

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Create a home page with nav bar containing the languages to add
  2. start creating the pieces of the game in the first added language
  3. Start creating the pieces of the game in the second added language
  4. etc..
