Reconnection for output thread #14

When the VoiceMeeter process stutters due to high CPU usage, X-Touch loses the input connection from VBAN and hasn't reconnected after CPU usage is reduced and VoiceMeeter proceeds to work normally

Nice. I'm not good at programming, but we solved this with my teammate and ChatGPT 4.

Looks awesome to me, expands the voice meeter abilities, and fully reworked audio drivers. But there is an issue, with XCtrl. Any input packets from VBAN to XCtrl make a connection disconnected. Could you please take a look, they might be changing something in API. I want to update, but can't because my mixer become useless with the new update. Much appreciated in advance!
