What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://www.browserscope.org/ringmark/test in any browser (Internet
Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari).
2. Run the Ringmark Tests, sharing your results.
3. Wait for the test to run.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Ringmark results on the "Recent tests" table.
Actual: No Ringmark results on the "Recent tests" table (or in Internet
Explorer, not even getting redirected back to Browserscope).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 32bit, with:
- Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16438 (latest prerelease for windows 7)
- Chrome 23.0.1271.64 (Official Build 165188) m
- Firefox 17.0
- Opera 12.02 Build 1578
- Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.2)
Please provide any additional information below.
In Internet Explorer 9 and 10 (and maybe other versions), the Ringmark test
frequently fails to even redirect back to Browserscope. It has a JavaScript
error in the beacon code:
