base commands #3

The plugin has a lot of commands.

Current todo:

Maybe one or two others but once these are implemented the core functionality of the plugin will be mostly accessible via commands.

Update:

Those implemented in the Spout version and quite a few more are now implemented.

These are all done. Any extra commands which need adding belong in #14
