Start of ELRS docs #125

title says it quite incomplete, and hence not linked to from the main docs page. Supposed to be seen as starting point for anyone to contribute too, until eventually we have something to shaer.

A few quick thoughts, I'm okay merging in an incomplete state and then can address items in a follow-up PR myself.

this is not intended for merging! It is intended for folks to contribute and complement. I just wanted to give it a start.

I think you can add to it at will, with your super powers :) Just fill what you feel maybe usefull.

yes, I think it will need some installation info.

Going to take this approach - will spend some time on today.
