Added to the UARTupload.py #135

I have added a few lines that I think would be helpful for folks when trying to load the R9MM/mini firmware using the uartupload.py. also added a note about the CP210X USB-TTL not working

the description doesn't make fully sense to me however. When you've navigated to the folder where that script is located, why should one still have to add the full path to UARTupload.py? I would think that UARTupload.py C:\Users\XX\Downloads\rx-R9MM-f103rb-elrs-bl-v1.2.00.elrs COMxx should then do it
