thinking about the possible source of confusion of TimTuxworth, I think the issue was that he jumped onto the "Configuration Options for ArduPilot Systems" as starting page, which obviously is not a good idea but one of the other of the first three pages are.
This maybe could reflected in the menu structure, title, and especially could be made clearer at the top of the page itself.
