OpenTx/EdgeTx Receiver Id change can be missed #109

Issue: When in OpenTx/EdgeTx the Receiver number is changed, the mLRS Tx module does not catch this change with 100% reliability (i.e. the ConfigId is not always in sync with the radio's Receiver number). It appears to happen more often when changed very quickly, but the pattern is not clear. It is also not clear on which side the problem sits, presumably on the mLRS Tx module side.
