It would be very helpful if there were an option to save all the bookmarked images from the archive.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I added it in 7def9eca58ceb24fb3444a3daf3ed81178a13fd1, you can find the option in the bookmarks list or in the context menu, there are two options available, one will save only the bookmarks from the current reading and the other will save those from other folders as well.
