KEY_AMBIENT behaviour changed

Describe the bug A recent update to my 2022 Frame TV firmware has meant that the KEY_AMBIENT key behaviour now toggles between power modes rather than always triggering art mode. E.g. if the TV is in art mode, sending the key now turns the TV on.

Expected behavior When TV is powered on. send_key: KEY_AMBIENT - TV switches to art mode

When TV is in art mode. send_key: KEY_AMBIENT - nothing happens

Environment details:

• Environment (HASSIO, Raspbian, etc): Docker home assistant.
• Home Assistant version installed: latest
• Component version installed: latest
• Last know working version: latest
• TV model: 2022 Samsung frame
