not sure if you get the attachment..i'll just past it here hope that is okay

remove JSON for better readability
ollo69 commented 7 months ago

Yes, I see the attachment, but the device status is missing. Was your device on when you generate diagnostics? There are some errors in the log?

eon0613 commented 7 months ago

Was your device on when you generate diagnostics? yes i turn on the burner (cooktop)

With log I didn't mean LogBook but log registry (setting -> system -> registry). And please provide diagnostics when your hoven is on, thanks,

Something not working here, device_status is empty, so integration cannot determinate the device status. I suppose that something is going wrong during polling but in the attached log I just see a call to a service related to microwave. You should enable debug logging for integration and than provide the resulting log, so that I can investigate what happening.

The problem is that LG API always report Oven as off:

2024-02-25 11:18:54.919 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.smartthinq_sensors.wideq.core_async] lgedm2_post before: https://aic.lgthinq.com:46030/api/rti/rtiMon
2024-02-25 11:18:55.389 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.smartthinq_sensors.wideq.core_async] lgedm2_post after: {'lgedmRoot': {'returnCd': '0106', 'returnMsg': '장치가 접속중이 아닙니다.', 'stateCode': 'F', 'deviceState': 'D', 'timestamp': 0}}
2024-02-25 11:18:55.389 DEBUG (MainThread) [custom_components.smartthinq_sensors.wideq.device] Status not available. Device Oven not connected

장치가 접속중이 아닙니다. = The device is not connecting

Are you able to control the oven using LG apps?

eon0613 commented 7 months ago
