LG WH20S/WH27S Automation for modes #753

First of all, congrats on the integration, very easy to configure in HA.

I have a LG WH27S, and the only automation I have available seems to be turning it ON/OFF. I suppose this does the same as the THINQ app scheduling, correct? It would be lovely to have the possibility to change the mode (Heat Pump, Automatic, Turbo, Vacation) and also the desired temperature with an automation. For example, to maximize the usage of the energy being produced by photovoltaic solar panels. Is this possible?

You should use service calls in your automation. It works for me.

First, check the callable operation modes. The naming might differ from your LG app.
