Dehumidifier tank full binary sensor reports ON when tank is not full #778

Describe the bug Dehumidifier tank full binary sensor reports ON when tank is not full. Otherwise everything else seems to be working. I want to be able to kick off an automation when the tank is full, but I don't think I can use this state unless I misunderstand how it works.

Expected behavior I'd expect this state to be "off" if the tank isn't full
