Sound #35

For games and animations sound would be a very useful feature, I should find out how to do this in a cross compatible way, and set up a nice interface for it, like nbinput.py

After doing some research I decided this answer would be best and combining them in the same way nbinput and console.py do. It should work on all Windows systems, but requires OSS to be installed on Linux.
