Adds a link to download the Simconnect DLL from the link you provided (on Onedrive). Also provides the DLL's in a folder called 'Simconnect DLL'. This allows users to clone/download the repo and build the project without having to find the DLL's.

Ended up updating the project for the new release of Microsoft Flight Simulator and created a local NuGet package for BeatlesBlog SimConnect, which is now included in the repository.
