Definition of Done

[x] Tailwind is configured with --full option in client/
[x] Holmetrics font files are added in assets/fonts/
[x] Tailwind Configuration uses only brand colors or has a special prefix for brand colors + default colors
[ ] Utility classes are usable in jsx files

Tailwind config files should be inside client and need to be initialized with --full.

root level of client folder. plz remove the tailwind files and node files from the root of the project.

@lilyx13 For the last point "Utility classes...", would this just be testing each CSS class and checking the dev?
