Context

"A user story is an informal, general explanation of a software feature written from the perspective of the end user or customer.

The purpose of a user story is to articulate how a piece of work will deliver a particular value back to the customer. Note that "customers" don't have to be external end users in the traditional sense, they can also be internal customers or colleagues within your organization who depend on your team." - Altassian Article

In our sprint planning on May 15, we identified HR Rep and Employees as two key users. User stories need to be made for these user types based on the Holmetrics pitch + with the team's research into AI powered chatbots.

We have a general idea that Wendy will be used by:

We would like Chad to demo the current solution, and discuss and be aligned on Wendy's outcomes with him before we and ready to create clear and defined user stories. We plan on getting this information during our initial meeting which is to be scheduled.

Feel free to pick-up where I left of, and let's share notes in the folder to bounce off of each other's work 😎

@jasmitnarula these look great! I've made some fine-tuning tweaks as suggested edits, which I welcome you to accept/reject. Happy to discuss any of the suggestions as well. Please find the marked-up document in Google Drive.
