This is why I used an old chromebook motherboard + battery. You can install Android apps and set screen to be vertical that way. In my case though, I used linux + MagicMirror as it looks great and I can still use uxplay for music.
well. this is interesting and unexpected! i plugged my Samsung Note 9 in. I thought Dex desktop would over and show a full screen Portrait mode as seen below. but the result is actually unexpected.... the viewable content is much smaller and i have to tilt my head to view lol
i hooked up my Nividia Shield and sadly the display cant be rotated to be vertical. besides installing windows with a laptop, is there an Android device that works in vertical orientation? if so, can you confirm if the Youtube app works in both vertical and horizontal mode as seen here? OR which mode is only possible?
