Switch to bootstrap 5 and react 18 #23

NOT ready to merge yet, but I pushed it so we can try it out.

I managed to fix most of the issues but there are still a few things to figure out.

  1. It does not play automatically anymore. Have to go and press play when opening the page.
  2. Changing the background map does not work.
  3. The chardin is offset in the menu section that comes from ParticleLayer.js

Other than that 😅, everything seems good.
