[Collection Creation] - "Jump To" Component

Summary

The user must be able to navigate between far Memos in an easy way. The Jump To component should allows this navigation and also possibilities the Memos reordering.

Business Rules

• The cards must show the Memos questions content, limiting the question content to two lines at most, trimming it with a ... in the end if necessary.
• The user must be able to reorder the cards using Drag & Drop, and it must reflect in the Memos list composition.
• When tapping a Memo, the modal must be dismissed and the Memos list must scroll to the tapped Memo.
