Fix incorrect call in the docs #1

The way the docs currently say to call from_fh doesn't work, since it's expecting Text::FileTree object as the first argument.

This (and #2) was released to CPAN as 0.23 just now. It should be available within ${some limit timeframe} (give it a day or so :)). Thanks for your contributions.
