Add IpxactFloat class to capture float values
Add convert_bytes method to resolve K/B (bytes) in values
Update IpxactBool class to strip \s\t\n\r chars before processing the value
Updates in ipyxact_yaml.py to capture more tags based on IPXACT specification
- registerFile, access, componentInstantiation, constraintSet, vectors, drivers, etc
