Hi @olofsen Just wondering, are you still planning further work on JAGS.jl. I had not noticed this work and developed and registered Jags.jl. Right now we are looking at the bigger picture of what's available in Julia as far as MCMC is concerned, like the 'true' Julia packages like Mamba, MCMC and Turing and the 'encapsulating' packages like Jags, Jags and Stan.

Hi Rob, yes, I was planning further work on it an possibly register it if it was found to be of interest. If it is, my package is perhaps better renamed? Regards, Erik

Hi Erik, before deciding on renaming either package (or merge?), I need to study how you've approached it. Will try to set some time apart over the next couple of days.

High on my next to do things is if somehow we could install Jags (and Stan) while doing Pkg.add("Jags"), e.g. so folks could run it on Notebook interfaces/JuliaBox as well.
