Pitch accuracy issues #272

Although one can't realistically expect infinite accuracy in all situation, it does seem like the blatantly obvious phasing/drift between notes at octave intervals is a bit more than one should have to accept... Naturally, linear pitch shouldn't have an issue with this at all, but where is the problem then? Most likely somewhere in 'wtosc'.

Do the 'fm*' units have the same problem, as one would expect?
