add single node drbd instance

this is just something i thought about while doing some tests with ganeti.

technically it should not be a problem to implement the feature to add 
instances with an single node drbd disk (degraded?) backend. the instance would 
use e.g. /dev/drbd0 as disk backend but drbd would run without second node. i 
guess such a setup should not have any perfomance impact but we would be able 
to "move" an single node (plain) instance to another node without shutdown 
which IMHO would be a nice feature. also changing from single-(drbd) node to 
two node drbd would be possible without shutdown.

and for some reason "moving" an instance with drbd is much faster than with 
"gnt-instance move ..." -> code.google.com/p/ganeti/issues/detail?id=698

If not - could it be bumped up with some funding?
