result_buffer optimization #64

It may be possible to eliminate some data copying in the way mod_ndb sends a 
response to the 
client.  (For instance, by directly using bucket brigades in Apache 2).  Such 
techniques would fit into 
the mod_ndb architecture as "subclasses" of result_buffer.
