Read-only mode #193

Should be able to browse the site without logging in.

Continue to show everything but hide:

  1. User Names
  2. Circles

Step 1 could hide these options Step 2 could make it so that clicking will prompt for login

  1. My Rated
  2. My Circles
  3. Rate
  4. Include Me

Added login to top right corner, hide everything that needs a logged in user. Still showing names for now in ratings, but hiding circles in Cards
