fix incorrect CTU logo name in documentation #2

Documentation mentioned previously used files for CTU logo. Also old logo files ctulogo-bw-new.pdf and ctulogo-new.pdf are removed as they are not used anymore (instead logo_CVUT.pdf and logo_cvut_en.pdf are used).

Yes, the doc is inconsistent with the logo files used actually. But I cannot remove ctulogo-new.pdf and do the change at line 800 in ctustyle3.tex because it influences the appearance of slides header. Try optex slides and look at the upper left corner of slides.pdf from page two.

Yes, I can see it now. I changed the commit so old logos stay there and are used in slides header.
