New PDF resources management #93

Just starting a pull request, to track progress.

This branch currently requires https://github.com/olsak/OpTeX/pull/92. At that state it is sufficient for use with https://github.com/vlasakm/optex-minim/tree/master and https://gitlab.com/renkema/minim/-/merge_requests/6.

The only thing missing seems to be the corrections to OpTeX tricks, but those relate to transparency which was also changed in recent commit, so it's fine.
