Feature Request: Ability to change the order of the named feed tabs #217

When opening in the extension, I see my feed tabs "All", "Feed 2", "Feed1" ... I would like the ability to remove "All" and move "Feed 1" to the first tab and generally organize the order. Great extension by the way, very valuable.
