Feature Request: Thumbnails #87

I would love if you were able to add thumbnails for the articles to both the notifications and the list that would be amazing!

@bryanhanna Thanks for the suggestion. We have plans to add thumbnails to the notifications. In the popup, you can expand an article to see a short preview, if the article has images, they'll be displayed.
