Drop 'level' argument #3

The 'level" argument is to conform with code that is not being used. Might as well hard code rather than include it as an argument.

I think it has been hard-coded as an argument rather than inside code, which I did not make clear. However, I am starting to think we should keep it for later use, so I am closing this.
