When to end the auction - do we need to?

What does ending the auction do? - we could burn all the other remaining editions or give them out for free Or is just when the editions are sold out

A benefit to being able to end the auction means the creator can change the params of the auction see #16

After chatting with @terencereilly we came up with a collector give away solution to deal with scenario where some editions are sold and the auction has ended but no-one is buying.

conditions to allow for closing auction:

• [ ] curator declines auction
• [ ] sold out / 0 left to mint
• [ ] auction ends 0 sold - this would allow artist to run another auction at different prices.

condition to allow for collector give away (collectors that bought during the auction are able to mint for free)

• [ ] auction is over and creator opts for collector give away.
