Build process for olta.js #12

Currently there are two files that need to be maintained separately, this leads to errors as it's easy to forget to update one or the other. Would be great to have a build step with one source folder and two target exports.

exports

olta.js imported via a script tag and makes Olta a global variable
olta.module.js uses es6 module exports

TODO:

[ ] use rollup to build olta.js and olta.module.js from one source
[ ] automate build on release/testing
[ ] tests

Hi Paulo, lets open up this task again next week or later. We can discuss next week, what's best plan of action for this one and when.

@terencereilly Alright! Just to keep some things in mind so they are fresh when we get back:

Switching the script tag to the type of "module" interacts poorly with the browser when running things locally
A possible solution could also be a script to verify if both functions are the the same
