Paulo's notes Omar's artwork would evolve into an example of how to use olta when the draw function is called over and over, and rangga's artwork would be an example of only getting the last interaction to change the whole artwork.

Terence's Notes The focus with these example artworks is more on use cases that we think many artists would use. Aswell as a QuickStart way to make persistent state art projects in the frameworks / libraries they already use.

How they might qualify the popularity of these use cases would be based on the experience for end users.

Rangga’s project enables everyone to see the same animated graphic. Haha it’s like everyone has the ‘remote control’ at a festival 🙂

Similar to where multiple people can connect to one Spotify account to take control of playlist and put on a song at a party. Especially if we add in location based interactions at some point.

Omar’s project is very similar but allows everyone to see the same effect / stage of a visual. Like if people choose to control the vibes over the duration of a gig or a mood suitable for night or daytime.

Actually weirdly just makes me think that people’s mobile devices are basically ‘remote controls’
