docs: rework meta properties section

Abstracts away parsing and formating documents into the olta.js lib. This means artists don't have to worry about it anymore.

• Adds formatDoc and parseDoc functions
• Adds tests for formatDoc and parseDoc
• Removes reference to formatting and parsing in README.md
• Removes formatting and parsing from examples
• reworks the meta properties section in the README.md
